Most appointments are made by a referring physician who has examined you and recommended a neurosurgical evaluation.
It is essential that you bring with you copies of all pertinent information from your referring physician. This includes X-rays, MRI's and CT Scans. The X-rays themselves will be returned as soon as possible after the examination. Copies of any reports related to office visits, hospital records, pathology and X-rays should also be brought with you.
Please be aware that sometimes our neurosurgeons have unexpected emergencies or surgeries that arise at the last minute and may disrupt our schedules despite our best efforts. We will try our best to contact you to reschedule your appointment. If you live outside Tulsa, we strongly recommend calling our office to confirm your appointment before you leave home.

You will generally be seen at the same office each time. If you have been hospitalized, you will be seen at the office nearest your hospital.
